We except Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check and cash. Outstanding financing available through care credit.
Dental insurance:
As a courtesy to our patients, we will file dental insurance for you. Please keep in mind we only participate with Delta Dental premier. Some benefits may be reduced if you are not seen by a PPO provider. Also, some insurance companies will not pay our office directly. You would be responsible for full payment at time of service. If you have any questions, please contact your insurance company for more information. All co-pays and deductibles are required at each appointment.
Care Credit:
Care Credit is a flexible patient/client payment program, specifically designed for healthcare expenses that make it easier for you to get the treatment or procedures you want and need. Care Credit is ideal for co-payments, deductibles, treatment and procedures not covered by insurance.
With Care Credit you pay no up-front cost, no pre-payment penalties and no fees. Plus, the revolving line of credit allows for additional treatment or add on charges without the need to reapply.
